This modern one bedroom flat is located in the heart of Cathays, just a short walk to Cardiff university and the city centre. Comprised of a spacious bedroom, open plan living space with a kitchen, and a bathroom with both a shower and bath. - To secure this property, you will be required to complete an Application Form and pay a Holding Deposit equal to – at most – one weeks’ rent.
