1 room house of 29m² in Manchester

I live in my lovely house and my family have all grown up and left for jobs and universities. I host international students and also offer tuitions in our home ......Rooms are very modern and all have smart Tv internet access and a safe if requested. The house has an open plan diner and food is served each evening at7-30 . Ashower room is shared I have family in London so open to trips .I have a large garden with lots of study areas in the summer ....
