1 room of 13m² in London

I've been in my flat in peckham rye for over 6 years now. I want to rent my spare room to someone midweek - the days, flexibility and price are negotiable - let me know what works for you and I'll see if it works for me My flat is beautiful, light, warm and in such a good location. Overlooking Peckham Rye Park, right next to all the cool bars and shops of Peckham and a 7minute walk from Peckham Rye Rail Station which connects to London Bridge, Victoria, Thameslink and Windrush lines Bathroom and kitchen are newly renovated. Oh and did I mention the pink roof terrace? It has views of the Shard and the London Eye. I have just redecorated my spare room so the walls are bare and white at the moment but I will get some art on the walls asap! Bills are all included - super fast broadband, netflix/disney/nowtv etc, fortnightly cleaner I have a cat - she is the boss - her approval means a lot (but she is incredibly sweet and affectionate) I don't mind if you smoke (but only outside on the terrace), preference for non-smokers as I don't Peckham Rye Station - 7 minute walk Well connected by buses Lime Bikes available outside flat Peckham Rye is in Zone 2, loads of cool bars and shops, opposite a park. Busy street but excellent sound proofing
